"Stand up and turn around.", Polly said after completing my massage.

All of the sudden I could feel this tingle up & down my spine but she was not touching me.

I asked her what she was doing?

She said, "Brushing off your aura with reiki."

"What is reiki?", I asked.

She told me it was an energy healing system she'd learned some years before.

I was intrigued!

I never pursued it then but it rattled around in the back of my brain for a good many years until I decided to be"attuned" to reiki in 2011.

Today I live in Minnesota with my wife & two horses.

We live in the Brainerd Lakes area and I cover a few natural health & spiritual modalities

working from home.

Some of what I do is done online and some in person.

I am now a Reiki Master and provide distance/in house healing both physical & spiritual.

I also provide sound therapy in person using a drum called a Djembe. Also, I provide sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls.

I am also a certified meditations instructor.
